Document Description
The City of Rolling Hills has updated its Housing Element of the General Plan for the period 2000-2005 pursuant to Section 65580 of the California Government Code. The project Housing Element Update consists of five major components: (1) an analysis of the City's demographic and housing characteristics and trends, (2) a summary of the existing and projected housing needs of the City's households, (3) a review of potential market, governmental, and environmental constraints to meeting the City's identified housing needs, (4) an evaluation of resources available to address Rolling Hills' housing goals, and (5) a statement of the Housing Plan to address the City's identified housing needs, including housing goals, policies and programs.
