P D Plan No. 7, Map 142-1 for land division and to allow a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant; (2) Zone Variance No. 6, Map 142-1 for a 70-foot high pole sign where 50-feet is the maximum allowed height in an M-2 PD District, TPM 10717 to create 14 parcels from 1 acre to 2.12 acre for industrial uses community. Existing development is limited to one industrial warehouse facility. The submitted P.D. plan reflects that subdivision, as well as the proposed Jack-in-the-Box restaurant. Proposed development includes 2,728 square foot fast food restaurant with a drive-thru lane and thirty seven off-street parking spaces. A 70-foot high pole sign identifying the restaurant is also being proposed. The applicants state that the business will employ approximately 10 full time people.
