Document Description
The project is a general plan amendment, pre-zoning and annexation of lands situated directly north of the City of King limits. It involves 2 parcels of land: one of 183 acres and the other 383 acres. Approximately 106 acres of the first parcel will be rezoned Planned Development and annexed to the City for residential use and as a site for a new school. 83 acres of the larger site will be designated Planned Development and annexed to the City to be subdivided for residential use. A 300-acre parcel would continue to be designated Agriculture.
