Document Description
Two buried pipelines (one oil filed waste water, one natural gas) will be placed in existing County road right-of-way. The wastewater will go to wastewater disposal facility and the natural gas will go to a sales connection to be marketed. The Applicant needs a franchise from the County of Kern and an encroachment permit to place pipelines within the road right-of-way. Edison Road, east of the community of Lamont and Mount View Road are the rights-of-way in discussion. The pipelines will cross State Highway 223.
