Document Description
(1) A change in zone classification from E (20) RS, E (5) RS and R-1 to A or a more restrictive district (2) Inclusion of approximately 126 acres into the boundaries of an Agricultural Preserve (3) A Tentative Parcel Map proposing create six parcels (approximately 20 acres each) for residential/ranchette purposes, limited Design Variation to the Land Division Ordinance to allow nonright-angle lot lines. The A District requires a minimum lot size of 20 acres, allows commercial farming ranching operations and allows one conventional single-family dwelling or mobilehome "by right". A portion of the site is traversed by a seismic fault as shown on the Alquist-Priolo Specific Study Map. Site access is Cuddy Valley Road (a county maintained and designated a major highway alignment by the Cuddy Valley Specific Plan. Water supply by community well, sewage disposal by on-site septic systems.
