Document Description
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District proposes to change the General Plan and zoning land use designation of 22.2 acres of surplus school district property from School and Park to residential in order to construct 52 single family detatched homes. The project proposes to amend the General Plan of the City of Laguna Hills, to redesignate the site from Elementary School and Parks to Estate Residential, to rezone the property from Community/Private Institution and Parks to Estate Residential and to subdivide the property into 52 lots.
