Document Description
The proposed project includes the annexation of the largest remaining portion of the Chino Valley Dairy Preserve within the City of Chino's Sphere of Influence to allow for development of a portion of the approximate 5,435 acres currently within the Preserve. The City of Chino is preparing a master plan to guide the future development and annexation of the Preserve. The master plan will consist of a comprehensive, policy-level specific plan/land use plan.
