Document Description
The Preserve Specific Plan (TPSP) is located in the City of Chino (City) in southwestern San Bernardino County. In March of 2003, the City approved the (TPSP) and certified as adequate the associated Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2000121036). The EIR for the TPSP was named The Preserve - Chino Sphere of Influence - Sub Area 2 (CS01-2 EIR). The Addendum to the CSO1-2 EIR has been undertaken in support of the Second Amendment to the Preserve Development Agreement (D.A. amendment) between the lead agency and the applicant. The D.A amendment changes zoning/land use designations for four properties that are part of the applicant's holdings within The Preserve (see Exhibit 1).
