California Department of Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1601 (SAA #R5-2001-0120) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to extend Camino Ruiz from its present terminus at Carmel Valley Road, in the Black Mountain Ranch community, across SR-56 to its proposed intersection with Carmel Mountain Road and to extend Carmel Mountain Road from its existing terminus at Via Panacea to the proposed intersection with Camino Ruiz.
