California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA #5-048-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant, Scot Sandstrom, representing Western Pacific Housing, proposes to alter the streambed within two unnamed drainages, tributaries to McGonigle Canyon Creek to accommodate the construction of the Camino Ruiz roadway project, a six lane major roadway impacting 0.948 acres of streambed.
