CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to alter Cottonwood Creek and 320 streams, culverts, ditches, canals, and washes in Imperial, Riverside, and San Diego Counties, and the San Luis Rey River and 75 streams, culverts, ditches, canals, and washes in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties to construct and place fiber optic conduit/interduct.
