California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#R5-2001-0193) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, County Sanitation district Nos. 26 and 32 of Los Angeles County, 1955 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601. The applicant proposes to implement an emergency Action Plan, in the event complication arise during the construction of an underground sewer trunk pipeline. The project is located in the City of Santa Clarita in Los Angeles County.
