Document Description
A proposal by the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department to consider allowing dogs off-leash in up to three different locations around the City. Based on the review of these locations, the City may select none, one, two or all three locations to allow dogs off-leash. Neither Hale Park nor the beach area includes any specific proposals related to time limitations or use of the facilities by owners and their off-leash dogs.
