38th and Redwood site, Council Approval (LDR No. 40-0912), for the acquisition of two, single-family residential properties located at 3108 and 3114 38th Street and the possible acquisition of the single-family residential properties located at 3103, 3084, and 3090 38th Street. The subject properties have been identified as containing burn ash and contaminated soils. Demolition of the homes and burn ash remediation under the slabs of the residences is not proposed at this time. The proposed project area is located on 38th Street, between Quince and Thorn Streets within the Mid-City community planning area. Applicant: Environmental Services Department.
