Document Description
The project involves the construction of an approximate 1.9 acre neighborhood park on East Avenue. The proposed neighborhood park will include approximately one-half acre of turf grass for information play, 1,150 linear feet of paved pathway, 450 linear feet of unpaved path, a 5,200 square foot children's playground with play structure, a 7,000 square foot picnic area and 13,250 square feet of general landscaping including trees, shrubs and groundcover plants. The project will also include approximately 247 feet of new curb, gutter and sidewalk along East Avenue.
