Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement R2-555-00 by Department of Fish and Game for dredging the Black Creek arm of the Tulloch Reservoir. An area approximately 120' long by 100' wide and 5' deep will be dredged for a waterfront homes development. Approximately 2000 cubic yards of spoils will be moved to an upland site for disposal.
