Document Description
The operator proposes to alter the stream's bed and banks for the lowering of an existing 500 feet long, 16 inch petroleum pipeline in the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad. Due to channel scouring the pipe has only 4 inches of cover within the bank limits. The proposed project consists of excavating 500 feet of soil for the placement of the 16 inch pipeline.
