The trench will be cut with a long reach excavator and a pipeline will extend upslope to a field for the irrigation of vineyards. Available data show that the well will not impact streamflow. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit Number 1189-99 pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1603.
