Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the stream to conduct annual maintenance within a 1,120-linear foot, 6-foot wide concrete-lined channel (Channel A) starting at the southwestern property boundary where it flows northwest adjacent to Mission Mill Road and ends at the rail line where it flows west off the property. Maintenance will be done as needed for flood control. The proposed project consists of clearing silt and vegetation (mule fat, cattails, watercress, and non-native vegetation) from Channel A. The proposed project will impact 0.15 acre of stream with small amounts of riparian vegetation.
