Document Description
This project proposes to cross the Blueline stream at the point noted on the grading plan. The purpose of accessing the lot is to build a home on a pad which is on the east northerly portion of the lot. The project proposes to utilize a precast of concrete bridge to cross the stream using wing walls and rip rap along the Driveway. Banks and the stream bed will not be altered.
