On fifteen acres of District property on Durham/Pentz Road across the road from the existing District water treatment facility, develop seasonal shallow marsh habitat utilizing rainfall and effluent for storage during high rainfall periods of up to twenty acre feet of water. This project will remove effluent storage from areas subject to flooding.
