The operator proposes to skim 250 cubic yards of gravel from the Russian River in Mendocino County Assessor Parcel Number 047-180-44. The project site is located south of Ukiah. The operator proposes to use the gravel to surface on site ranch roads. No vegetation will be disturbed or removed. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit Number R3-2000-0347 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
