Document Description
This project consists of removing dense growth and sediment from an 800 to 900 foot section of a man-made trapezoidal channel of Heron Creek to prevent flooding of upstream properties and threatening levees of a sewage treatment plant. Only the middle 30 to 40-foot channel bottom would be cleared leaving a 5-foot band of tules on each bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit Number R3-2000-1233 pursuant to FGC Section 1601.
