Document Description
The operator proposes to mine gravel from a bar in Tomki Creek by skimming. The operator proposes to remove 200 cubic yards of aggregate annually from Mendocino County Assessor Parcel Number 108-191-040. Heavy equipment, consisting of, but not limited to, dozers, loaders, and trucks will be used to remove the gravel. The gravel removed is to be used for road maintenance on the same property. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit Number R3-2000-1115 pursuant to FGC Section 1603.
