Document Description
This project proposes to construct a single story modular building, approximately 2,450 s.f. in size to replace the existing facility which is housed in two trailers. The site is located on a two and one-half acre parcel that the CCC is currently leasing from Napa State Hosptial. The new building would contain offices, a classroom, a reception area, restrooms for both men and women, and would be ADA complaint. The project is needed because the existing office space is inadequate for the operation of the facility. The Nursery is utilizing two trailers that are over 20 years old and are not accessible to disabled persons. The project would replace an existing State facility on site and not involve an expansion of existing use.
