Placement of approximately 300 linear feet of 60" corrugated steel pipe, constructing a reinforced concrete storm drain junction box, placing an automatic drainage gate and filling to grade a portion of Dead Horse Slough. The runoff under State Route 99 from a 54" culvert into Dead Horse Slough will be diverted into Little Chico Creek approximately 1,500 feet upstream of its present confluence.
