Project is the proposed renewal of long-term water service contracts for M&I and agricultural use to 10 water districts. The contract terms would be consistent with CVPIA. The proposed water service contracts would deliver up to 56,700 AF/year. M&I-only contracts would be renewed up to 40 years. Contracts with ag water or ag and M&I would be renewed for up to 25 years.
