Document Description
The project involves acquisition of the proposed site for development by SJCOE as a community school. A total of 40 ninth through twelfth grade students will be accommodated at the proposed school, which will consist of 3 classrooms, a common room, staff facilities including an office for counseling services. Eating facilites will be limited to space provided for students to eat their lunches, facilities to prepare and serve lunches will not be provided at the proposed school. Total building space will be approximately 7,500 square feet.
