Document Description
The South Delta Temporary Barriers Project would consist of four temporary rock barriers installed seasonally at Middle River near Victoria Canal, Old River near Tracy, Grant Line Canal near Tracy Boulevard Bridge, and at the head of Old River (HOR) near the San Joaquin River over a 6-year period (2011-2016), or until permanent structures (or their functional equivalent) are constructed. In addition, DWR proposes minor changes to the TBP.
