Document Description
The South Delta Temporary Barriers Project (TBP) serves the purpose of reducing adverse water level and circulation impacts caused by the State Water Project (SWP) and Central Valley Project (CVP) on local agricultural diverters within the South Delta Water Agency (SDWA). The Grant Line Canal, Middle River, and Old River at Tracy barriers are designed specifically for improving water levels and circulation within the South Delta (SWDA). For Streambed Alteration Agreement # BD-2001-0001.
