Document Description
Major Amendment No. 3 modifies the previously issued CESA ITP by extending the expiration date to December 31, 2021. It updates the Project footprint to reflect the re-calculated temporary barrier footprint areas. It amends the ITP to state that mitigation shall be required only during the years the barriers are installed. It adds a new condition requiring a summary of all the studies required in the Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Initial Study for the Temporary Barriers Project 2001-2007 and the 2010 Addendum. Finally, it reflects Project Description changes, including barrier design modification by altering weir elevations or changing conveyance through the barriers; sediment removal at all four barrier sites; relocation of the Grant Line Canal stockpile; and removal of the non-physical barrier.
