Existing facility at 298A Plant Road, Ukiah, California, was permitted with State of California as Permanent Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility in 1996 has functioned to date as storage and processing facility and truck depot. Operations will be changed to allow private vehicles to come to the facility for unloading of household hazardous wastes and small quantity commercial wastes. Appointments will be restricted to Tuesdays through Thursdays, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will not exceed 30 per day.
