"Courtyards at Arcata" is a planned multi-family residential development proposed for an 11.62- acre site located off Boyd Road near the intersection of Highway 299 and Giuntoli Lane in Arcata, California. The development will occur entirely within two assessor parcels; (507-121-15) and (507-301-25). Parcels 1 and 2 will be subdivided into three new parcels. The entire development will consist of up to 156 units and will be implemented in four phases.
