"Courtyards at Arcata" is a planned multi-family residential development that has been proposed for an approximately 11.6 acre site located off Boyd Road near the intersection of Highway 299 and Giuntoli Lane in Arcata, California. Parcels 1 and 2 will be subdivided into four new parcels, one of which will be conveyed to Northern Humboldt Unified School District (Figure 2). The entire development will be implemented in four phases: 1) a 64-unit affordable multi-family housing project; 2) a drainage retention area; 3) a dedicated street right-of-way; 4) a 1 acre community park; and, 5) a 2,500 square foot community building
