Document Description
Development of a 1,995 square foot addition, approximately 14 feet in height, to the existing gift shop that is to serve as a store and registration office for the future temporary recreational vehicle park to be developed on Assessor's Parcel Number 209-351-22. A special Permit is required pursuant to Section 314-321. 1.2 Humboldt County Code for the expansion of a existing legal non-conforming structure. A Special Permit to reduce the 100-foot Streamside Management Area (SMA) for the Chadd Creek Streamside Management for the proposed addition and nine (9) associated parking spaces. The proposed addition is to be served by on-site water and sewage disposal systems. The project involves the development of a sewage disposal system transmission line underneath Chadd Creek. Also, Notice of Merger of three contiguous Assessor's Parcel Numbers (209-291-01, 209-291-17F, and 209-351-22) into one parcel. Note: This project is not located in the Coastal Zone.
