Approval and construction of a mixed-use transit oriented project consisting of a maximum of two million square feet of offices, up to 1,700 dwelling units and 70,000 square feet of retail commerical development. A multi-level parking garage is also proposed to serve patron of the BART station. Requested entitlements include an amendment to the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan and General Plan to add this area to the Specific Plan and rezoning of the site to Planned Development (PD).
