The project is to replace an existing storm drain outlet that will flow into Napa Creek, a tributary to the Napa River. This project is located at the rear of of the building at 1030 Main Street in the City of Napa, Napa County. The storm drain will be constructed as detailed in civil drawings C1 and C2 dated March 23, 2001 drawn by Riechers and Associates and #1100122 (1 and 2) of April 10, 2001.
