CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-180 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Wickland Pipeline LLC. Install 10-mile long 12-inch pipeline beneath 16 waterways including Sacramento bypass, Sacramento river and several irrigation/drainage canals & ditches. Lead agency prepared EIR for the entire project and their determinations are noted below. The agreement and this notice pertain only to the activities potentially affecting the waterway.
