Document Description
A Consortium of Airlines operating at the Sacramento International Airport are negotiating a lease with the County of Sacramento for a new fuel tank farm, equipment and operational facilities, and a pipeline right-of-way. The lease will require the Consortium to construct and operate the new tank farm facility as well as the 10-mile California Public Utilities Commission regulated 12-inch diameter jet fuel pipeline. The pipeline will connect the new Airport tank farm facility to the existing Kinder Morgan Pipeline system in the City of West Sacramento. From the connection point in West Sacramento the pipeline will travel north through Yolo County and then under the Sacramento River into Sacramento County.
