This application is for a Use Permit and Architectural and Site Approval (ASA) for the sales, leasing, storage, and on-site repair of between 125-150 modular units such as classrooms, offices, and storage containers. The project applicants proposes to construct two one-story buildings totaling 5,100 square feet and two detention ponds totaling 11,400 square feet, install approximately 25,000 square feet of landscaping, pave approximately 26,000 square feet for parking and shop space, and lay down crushed rock over the remaining 366,000 square feet in order to facilitate the display, sales, leasing, storage, and repair of modular units. There is one existing office building totaling 2,100 square feet that also would be used for conference rooms and additional storage space.
