Amendment to the circulation Element of the General Plan to redesignate Paladino Drive, between Alfred Harrell Highway and State Route 178, from a collector to a local street and redesignate the existing class II trail along the Paladino Drive alignment to a class III trail under the specific trails plan. The project site is 164 acres in size.
