Document Description
The project includes the the development of 257,831 square feet, which is to be developed as a commercial shopping center in the City of Baldwin Park's Freeway Commercial zone. The project will consist of a "major" commercial tenant totaling 21,900 square feet, 14,975 square feet of miscellaneous shops, four restaurant pads (including two drive-thrus), totaling 21,900 square feet, and a 0.57-acre gas station facility. In addition the facility will include 1,433 parking spaces. Merced and Big Dalton Avenue will provide primary access to the site.
