Document Description
The proposed project would construct a three-story suite-style clustered housing complex that would house approximately 650 students in communities of approximately 50 residents each. The complex would also provide a separate administration building of approximately 6,600 square feet. Associated improvements include expansion of Parking Lot 21 east along Linden Street to provide approximately 220 additional spaces and extension of a new entrance road and drop off area from Linden Street that would also serve Pentland Hills.
