Document Description
The project involves a mixed-use development of multiple family residential, general office and restaurant uses. The project involves the development of 336 multiple family residences in 24 14-complexes, two office buildings totaling 93,000 square feet, and three restaurants totaling 19,000 square feet. The project includes 1,352 parking spaces, including 840 spaces for the residential components and 512 spaces for the commercial components. Most of the site would be developed, although two major knolls on the site and Medea Creek riparian corridor that crosses through the middle of the site would be left general intact. The project would involve demolition of a Denny's Restaurant and three freestanding commercial buildings.
