Document Description
The project involves the development of up to 336 multiple family residences, 93,000 square feet of office development, and 19,000 square feet of restaurants on a 32-acre site. The project would involve demolition of a Denny's Restaurant and three free-standing commercial buildings. It would include the construction of new U.S. Highway 101 on and off ramps at Canwood Street, as well as the realignment of Canwood Street. The California Department of Transportation will be a responsible agency for that component of the project.
