Document Description
The J.H. Snyder Campus Office Project involves the development of about 400,000 square feet of general office space and about 26,000 square feet of restaurant space on a 40.76-acre site. The project site is currently vacant with the exception of a Denny's Restaurant and three freestanding commercial buildings. The site is generally flat, although there is a 70- to 90-foot high knoll on the east side of the property. Medea Creek crosses through the middle of the site.
