Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#R5-2001-0262) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Saticoy Sanitary District, 1001 Partridge Drive, suite 150 Ventura, Ca 93003. The applicant proposes to install a temporary diversion around the bore and jack crossing. The diversion will consist of a temporary sand bag dam across Brown Barranca three feet high and 50 feet upstream of the crossing and an 18 inch pipe from the dam to the downstream grate control structure (about 200 feet total). The diversion shall be in place and operating whenever boring is underway. The contractor shall remove the temporary dam and pipe before rains arrive whenever rains in excess of 1/4-inch are forecasted. The project is located in the unincorporated area of Saticoy in Ventura County.
