Document Description
The District proposes to implement the MWTP expansion to provide secondary treatment capacity of 5.0 mgd to address projected influent wastewater characteristics, effluent discharge requirements, and sludge disposal requirements. Expansion of the tertiary treatment facilities and reclamation capability from 1.5 mgd to 3.0 mgd is also proposed.
