Document Description
The proposed project would be constructed in three phases. At build-out the complex would consist of six industrial buildings and a restaurant building containing a total of approximately 1,270,000 gross square feet of floor space. Each building would consist of four above grade floors. Produce and food related tenants would occupy the ground floor, basement space and a small portion of the second floor for office use for a total of 558,000 square feet. Light industrial and telecommunications uses would occupy the upper floors, 458,000 square feet of light industrial and 254,000 square feet of telecommunications uses. The overall height of the buildings would be approximately 80 feet. The project would also construct an approximate 540 space surface parking lot and a 1,460 space parking structure in a seven-story structure. A soil gas vapor extraction and treatment system also will be installed and operated on the site.
