Document Description
The Crown Industrial Center is planned as a distribution and business park totaling approximately 1.25 million square feet of new floor area. Approximately 250,000 square feet of space would accommodate telecommunications uses. The rest of the new development, approximately 1.0 million square feet, would consist of produce related and light manufacturing uses. Approximately 2,000 parking spaces are planned to be provided on site. Access would be provided from Santa Fe Avenue and Washington Boulevard.
